1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AsymiLink SEO platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors and registered users.
2. Description of Service
AsymiLink SEO is an AI-powered SEO analysis and Answer Engine Optimization platform provided by AsymiLink Meta. The Service includes site auditing, on-page keyword and link analysis, AI visibility monitoring, AEO optimization tools, and proposal generation. Anyone may sign up; full access to a plan is enabled by AsymiLink Meta after an onboarding call. Features may change over time.
3. User Accounts and Access
Account activation and plan access are granted at AsymiLink Meta's sole discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You may not share account access with others or use the Service for competitive intelligence gathering against AsymiLink Meta.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may use the Service to analyze websites you own or are authorized to analyze, and public websites you have a legitimate business interest in, such as competitors or prospective clients, using only publicly available information. You may not: (a) use the Service to access non-public areas of any website, bypass logins, paywalls or other access controls, or analyze a website in a way that breaks the law; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms; (c) use automated scripts to access the Service beyond normal usage; (d) resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent; (e) use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5. Data and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant AsymiLink Meta a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service. AsymiLink Meta retains all rights to the platform, algorithms, models, and underlying software. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written permission.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ASYMILINK META DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT SEO RECOMMENDATIONS WILL RESULT IN SPECIFIC SEARCH RANKING IMPROVEMENTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASYMILINK META SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Termination
AsymiLink Meta reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, AsymiLink Meta, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You may stop using the Service at any time and can delete your account and its data yourself in Settings > Your account and data.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page whenever we do, and take reasonable steps to let registered users know about material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AsymiLink Meta operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
