AsymiLink SEO is an AI-powered SEO analysis and Answer Engine Optimization platform provided by AsymiLink Meta. The Service includes site auditing, keyword research, backlink analytics, AI visibility monitoring, AEO optimization tools, and proposal generation. During the beta phase, access is granted by invitation only and features may change without notice.
3. User Accounts and Beta Access
Beta access is granted at AsymiLink Meta's sole discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You may not share account access with others or use the Service for competitive intelligence gathering against AsymiLink Meta.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not: (a) use the Service to audit websites you do not own or have explicit permission to analyze; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms; (c) use automated scripts to access the Service beyond normal usage; (d) resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent; (e) use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5. Data and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant AsymiLink Meta a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service. AsymiLink Meta retains all rights to the platform, algorithms, models, and underlying software. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASYMILINK META SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Termination
AsymiLink Meta reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, AsymiLink Meta, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AsymiLink Meta operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
